The Global Intelligent Communication (GIC) Program is a fully English-taught, interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree program that integrates the core courses, key technologies, and practical resources of eight departments within the College of Journalism and Communication. It focuses on film and television production, intelligent technology integration, global communication strategy, and digital social media interaction. Students are guided to apply AI, data, and digital platforms to content creation and communication planning, enhancing both creative efficiency and professional performance. Through cross-cultural training and hands-on project-based learning, the program strengthens students’ international perspectives and interdisciplinary integration capabilities, cultivating a new generation of intelligent communication professionals equipped with visual storytelling, technological fluency, strategic thinking, and global competitiveness.
